Delete your Glow data

This page explains how to delete the data that the Glow – AI Enhance Photo Editor app (by Halberd LLC) stores about you. Glow has no user accounts; your data is linked to your device.

Delete individual photos and images in the app

  1. Open Glow and go to your results (or the Studio tab for Studio images and projects).
  2. Open a result and tap the trash icon, or tap the trash icon on a failed result.
  3. The result and its stored image files are deleted from our servers.

Request deletion of all your data

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Glow data”, or send the same request from the Support screen in the app (Settings → FAQ & support).
  2. Tell us which device you use Glow on and roughly when you last used it, so we can find your device's data.
  3. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Photos you uploaded and their results, Studio prompts, images and projects, reports you sent, support messages, your device record and your Studio credit history.

What we keep

Purchase records that we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes (up to 7 years), held by Google Play, the App Store and our payment provider RevenueCat. Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting data; cancel them in Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
